The A/C service station is used for servicing vehicles equipped with an R134A air conditioning system. During the service procedure, the unit recovers virtually all refrigerant, automatically performs a vacuum and leak test, and recharges the system according to the selected program.
The digital touchscreen provides quick access to the various service functions while clearly displaying each step of the procedure. The automatic leak detection system checks the system for leaks during the vacuum phase and interrupts the cycle if a leak is detected.
For diagnostic and inspection purposes, each service step can also be carried out manually. The vehicle database contains data for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and agricultural vehicles. After the service is completed, the integrated thermal printer prints a service report.
The service station is equipped with a 12-litre refrigerant tank, pre-filled with 5 kg of R134A refrigerant. This allows the unit to be used immediately.
