The AirPro cyclone dust extraction unit is designed for dust extraction at sandblasting cabinets and other applications where dry dust particles and fine dust must be removed. Continuous dust extraction supports visibility inside the blasting cabinet and helps to carry out blasting work in a controlled manner.
The construction and filtration are designed as a 2-stage system, in the first stage coarser and heavier particles are separated via cyclone separation, after which a cartridge filter filters the remaining fine dust down to approximately 8 microns. This setup helps to distribute the filter load and maintain stable extraction performance.
Maintenance remains straightforward thanks to the accessible placement of filter components for inspection and replacement. This dust extraction unit delivers an air flow rate of approximately 900 m³/hour and supports the removal of dust and particles during operation.
