The Fluxon ultrasonic cleaner 60L is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning of parts in workshops, maintenance environments, and production environments. With a frequency of 40 kHz, this parts cleaner is suitable for removing contamination from hard to reach areas.
By placing the components at the bottom and designing the structure higher, the machine remains compact relative to its capacity and takes up less floor space. The cleaning section and housing are made of stainless steel, with swivel casters with brakes for easier movement and positioning within the workspace.
After filling the tank with cleaning liquid, time, temperature, and intensity can be set via the digital display. This allows the cleaning process to be adjusted to the part and the level of contamination. The timer is adjustable from 0 to 99 minutes and can also be used continuously. Thanks to the memory function, the last used settings are retained after a power interruption.
