The Hugong Extreme120 is a powerful, compact, and lightweight electrode welding machine, developed for mobile use. Its handy design and easily adjustable welding current make it especially suitable for on-site work and welding tasks involving various material thicknesses.

Modern IGBT inverter technology ensures a stable arc, high efficiency, and reliable performance. An integrated cooling fan and thermal protection system guard the machine against overheating, even during intensive use. The hot-start and anti-stick functions simplify arc ignition and help prevent the electrode from sticking to the workpiece.

The Extreme120 is suitable for welding carbon steel, low-alloy steel, and stainless steel, and works perfectly with both rutile (E6013) and basic (E7018) electrodes in the 1.6 to 3.2 mm range.
