The Mammuth electric stacker is designed for internal pallet transport and stacking operations in warehouses, production areas and other industrial environments. With a lifting capacity of 1500 kg and a lifting height of up to 3500 mm, this electric stacker is suitable for both floor-level handling and placement in racking systems. The fork length of 1150 mm is compatible with standard pallet sizes.
Driving, lifting and lowering are fully electric. Polyurethane wheels ensure stable movement on flat warehouse floors and are suitable for intensive use. The pallet stacker is equipped with a gel battery (lead-acid) and is charged via an internal 230 V charger. This allows for easy intermediate charging and keeps the machine quickly ready for use. The digital display provides insight into battery status, charging indication, fault codes and the current operating status.
Variable lifting and lowering speed makes it possible to adjust movement to the type of load and the working environment. During lowering, the speed is automatically reduced during the final ±10 cm, ensuring controlled pallet placement and reducing shocks and noise. With a turning radius of 1425 mm, this electric pallet stacker is also suitable for working in aisles where manoeuvrability is important.
