The Mammuth galvanized electric pallet truck is suitable for applications in cold storage, food processing and humid outdoor environments. The full galvanization protects this electric pallet truck against corrosion at temperatures down to -18 °C.
Operation is via the tiller, with electric driving, lifting and lowering to reduce physical effort during pallet transport. Drive is provided by a brushless motor to limit motor maintenance, while polyurethane wheels ensure good traction on slippery surfaces.
The removable lithium battery has a long service life and is charged using the supplied 230 V charger. Battery status is displayed on the indicator, with a warning signal at low battery voltage, allowing better planning of operation and charging intervals.
For use in humid and cold zones, several components are additionally protected. Stainless steel bearings reduce the effects of moisture, and the hydraulic cylinder is designed for operation in wet conditions. IP67-rated brakes and a shielded control unit are more resistant to splash water and condensation during transitions between temperature zones.
