The AirPro pressure blasting cabinet is designed for workshop use for rust removal, paint and dirt removal and surface preparation prior to further processing. Because this high pressure blasting cabinet is designed as a pressure blasting system with a pressure vessel (22 litres), the blasting media is supplied under pressure. This increases blasting capacity and supports higher working speeds.
The blasting cabinet features a 990 litre cabinet volume and a large front door for easy access to the working area. The standard two stage dust extraction system consists of a cyclone pre filter and a cartridge main filter (micron). Heavier particles are first separated by the cyclone, after which the cartridge filter captures fine dust down to approximately 8 µm. This helps maintain good visibility inside the blasting cabinet and reduces clogging and blasting media loss.
Operation is carried out via a foot pedal, allowing the blasting process to be started and stopped immediately without releasing the workpiece. This keeps both hands free for holding and rotating the component, improving comfort and control during blasting. The pressure vessel has a tank volume of 22 litres.
A compressor with sufficient air output is required for operation, matched to the nozzle and blasting media. Typical working pressure ranges from 4 to 8 bar. Air consumption is approximately 708 l/min at 5.5 bar. Clean, dry compressed air helps maintain stable blasting performance and reduces the risk of clogging.
Key features:
- Pressure blasting system with pressure vessel (22 litres)
Blasting media is supplied under pressure, increasing blasting capacity and working speed.
- Two stage dust extraction with cyclone and cartridge filter
Maintains clear visibility in the blasting cabinet and limits clogging and media loss.
- 990 litre blasting cabinet with front door
Allows easy loading, turning and removal of larger workpieces.
- High efficiency
Compressed air accelerates the blasting media directly, without suction losses typical of injector systems.
- Foot pedal control
Allows quick start and stop of the blasting process during operation.
