[PS15E] Mammuth electric stacker 1500 kg

The Mammuth electric pallet stacker is designed for internal pallet transport and stacking operations in warehouses, production areas and other industrial environments. With a lifting capacity of 1500 kg and a lifting height of up to 3500 mm, this electric stacker is suitable for both ground-level pallet handling and placement on racking systems. The fork length of 1150 mm is compatible with standard pallet sizes.

Driving, lifting and lowering are fully electric. Polyurethane wheels ensure stable movement on level warehouse floors and are suitable for intensive use. The pallet stacker is equipped with a gel battery (lead-acid) and is charged using an integrated 230 V charger.

Electric operation of the driving and lifting functions reduces physical effort during repetitive transport and stacking tasks. With a lifting speed of 72 mm/s under load and 115 mm/s without load, pallets can be lifted electrically and positioned at the required height. The digital display provides information on battery status, charging indication, error codes and current operating status. This allows important machine information to be read directly during operation.

With a turning radius of 1490 mm, this electric pallet stacker is suitable for tasks where manoeuvrability is important. The maximum travel speed is 4 km/h under load and 4.5 km/h without load. The maximum gradeability is 5% under load and 10% without load.
