Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium:
Orders (existing of parcels/packages) placed before 15:00 and successfully paid through Ideal or by credit card will be shipped on the same business day. Pallet shipments or orders with more than 6 order lines are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will be informed by email when your order has been shipped. You can expect delivery next business day in the Netherlands and 1-2 business days in Belgium.

Packages / Parcels
To track your package, you will receive an email from DHL with track and trace information.
(Vulnerable goods such as storage boxes and air dryers are not shipped with DHL to spanvent damage)

Colli / Pallets
We work with regional parcel carriers. Our transporters deliver with a tail lift, but for the delivery of large pallets (e.g. two-column lift bridge / workshop spanss, etc.) a forklift is required at the delivery address.
If you would like to know the estimated time of your delivery, you can request this information on the day of delivery by calling or emailing us.

Due to the great diversity of dimensions of our pallets, we have chosen to display the prices per loading meter instead of pallets (1 europallet is 0.4 loading meter, 2 euro pallets is 0.8 loading meter, etc.)

Delivery to Europe
Parcel delivery cost within Europe you can see in the shopping cart.
For pallet shipments within Europe, the transport costs are calculated after receipt of the order. We request the current price from various carriers, so that we can offer you the best price. You will receive this by email as soon as possible after you have placed your order.

Pick up

If you have selected the pickup option for your shipping method, you can pick up your order from our showroom in Maasbracht.

If we receive your order before 3:00 PM and it has a maximum of 5 order lines, you can pick up the order the same day. With 6 or more order lines you will receive a message when your order is ready.

Tell your order number (SO.) to our colleagues in the showroom so that we can help you quickly. Make sure you come with appropriate transport so that we can load safely. Pls check the dimensions of the packaging of your required products.

Payment methods

You can safely pay online through several payment methods: Ideal, creditcard, Paypal, Bancontact, Sofort banking, KBC/CBC Payment, Belfius Direct Net of Giropay.

If you choose to pick up your order, you could pay with bank card, creditcard or cash (no €200,00 of €500,00 notes). For more information about picking up your order, go here.

For regular corporate clients, we offer payment on account. Payment on account is only possible after filling in a customer form and getting approved. For more information, you can contact us.


What are the return conditions?
You can return your order within 14 days. The relevant product (or products) must be returned complete and in its original condition in order to receive a full refund of the purchase amount.

You can register a return by completing the online registration form. Here you can choose whether you want to return the package yourself, receive a label from us or return the product to our service desk. The return shipping costs are for your own account.

After completing the registration form, you will receive a ticket number (#), which you must state on your return. Please note: Without the ticket number (#), we cannot process your return, so it is important that you clearly state this.

As soon as we have received your product (in original condition and complete), the amount will be refunded to the account which was used for payment or it will be refunded by debit card / or cash at our service desk.

If there is damage or defect on the received product, you can report this to us by filling in the registration form. We will contact you as soon as possible after receiving the form.

Do you have a damage, warranty, return or maintenance request? Please fill in our registration form as completely as possible. This way we will be better able to assist you.

After registering, you will immediately receive a confirmation and ticket reference (#). Subsequently we will follow up your ticket request as soon as possible by mail.

If you have a very urgent matter in the meantime, you can report to us with your ticketnumber (#).
