Kann auch mit zweisäuligen Hebebühnen verwendet werden, deren Aufnahmeteller zu hoch sind.

This Falco tire bridge focuses on efficiency and ease of use. Thanks to the Sync safety system, it always drops synchronously. The bridge is equipped with an acoustic signal and a rail is fitted at the bottom for foot protection. The lanes are made of wear-resistant tear plate over the entire length. The stable solid design is easy to use anywhere on a straight surface and also includes mounting holes for fixed installation. It can be used both mobile and fixed. Dank der durchdachten Konstruktion der Falco-Brücken sparen Sie Zeit und Mühe. Der Fokus liegt auf einer einfachen Bedienung und einem effizienten Arbeitsablauf. Dank der stabilen Massivbauweise lässt sich der Lift einfach auf einer geraden Fläche aufstellen. Ausgestattet mit nicht weniger als vier Hydraulikzylindern (zwei pro Plattform) verfügt diese Hebebühne über ein TwinX-Hebesystem. Dadurch steht die Brücke in jeder Position sicher und muss nicht abgesenkt werden, bevor Arbeiten am Auto durchgeführt werden können. Außerdem muss die Brücke nicht zuerst angehoben werden, um sie aus der Verriegelung zu lösen, wodurch die Brücke viel bequemer zu verwenden und für mehr Anwendungen geeignet ist als mechanisch verriegelte Brücken. Jede Brücke wird standardmäßig mit einem Radsatz geliefert, der ein leichtes Versetzen der Brücke ermöglicht und Ihnen eine optimale Nutzung Ihrer Werkstatt ermöglicht. Dieser luftbetriebene hydraulische Hebebalken von Falco Sollevatori ist eine großartige Ergänzung für jeden Vier-Säulen- und Scherenhebebühneninstalliert in Autowerkstätten zur Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten. Dank der speziellen Kugellager-Stahlrollen, die eine universell einstellbare Position haben, kann der Hebebalken leicht installiert und positioniert werden. Der Falco-Hebebalken verfügt über eine integrierte Zweistufenpumpe, die ein automatisches schnelles Huben ohne Gewicht und einen langsamen steuerbaren Hub beim Anheben des Fahrzeugs ermöglicht. Die Adapterplatten sind umkehrbar, so dass der Hebebalken eine Mindesthöhe von nur 90 mm haben kann, was ihn für niedrige Autos und Sportwagen geeignet macht. Er wird mit verstellbaren Sätteln mit Schraubverlängerung und becherförmigen Höhenadaptern geliefert, um die Hubhöhe zu erhöhen, und ist mit Gummiauflagen zum Schutz des Fahrzeugkörpers ausgestattet. Mit dem Zwei-Gang-Senksystem kann ein beladenes Auto sicher mit minimaler Geschwindigkeitsminderung abgesenkt werden.
